Leora Cooper brings passion, precision and inspires playfulness, athleticism and grounding. She credits Nia for connecting her inner and expressive "warrior dancer" where the body's design, dance, athleticism, and life coincide.

Leora supports her Nia practice with in the Arts of Nia and plays in the wonderful San Diego Pacific ocean. Leora is webmaster of www.NiaGirl.com, connecting to Nia dancers in San Diego and beyond. Leora promotes Nia, Nia-based workshops, and presents Nia at conferences as well as private "non-fitness" engagements.

She teaches a classic seven-cycle class accessible to newcomers and experienced movers alike, and she invites you to a Nia class "to get connected to your body."
