I recieved my white belt from Carlos in Oct 2006. I have experienced an incredible sence of healing, joy and rejuvenation from NIA. It has helped me feel youthful and happier than I could have possibly imagined. I would like to share this with others. I have a BA in liberal arts and am a special education teaching assistant.
