Nia gives me the opportunity to live my dream and create a sacred livlihood that inspires everyone I meet to live into their greatness. After moving to the Hawaiian Islands on December of 2009-I am now back in Portland OR and Austin TX gathering people and resources to move back to HI in early 2012. As of now I am free to wander and explore this new Earth.

I found Nia in 1997 after many years of searching for a way to move my body with passion and ease. My backround is in Theatre Arts, West African Dance, Modern Dance, Contact Improvisation, Contemplative Dance and early years riding horses and jumping hurdles both on and off of the horse. I have managed three Nia studios, created my own Movement/theater practice and company, become one of 16 Nia Educational Trainers and most recently worked inside of the Nia Technique company as in house White Belt Trainer, StudioNia Director and Guest Teacher.  I have worked with Debbie Rosas on the Awakening The New Feminine Spirit Art Project as well as Nia 5 Stages certification and training.  My personal work, beingLoved, a somatic movement meditation process, is being offered as a support and enrichment of the Nia work.  I am passionate about healing, the creative process, and empowering people to find the life that most wants to live through them.
