What a JOY to move in a way that evokes so much PLEASURE!  Dancing and singing my whole life, I enjoyed a professional musical theatre career for over a decade.  It was after taking my first Nia class back in 1996 that I have come to experience movement in a whole new way.  It is thrilling to constantly discover the transforming power of moving the Nia way.  As a Black Belt instructor, it is an honor to share this body of work ~ this way of self-healing.  Offering full-body (full-being!) conditioning, Nia helps focus the mind, express emotion, and awaken the spirit.

An integrative psychotherapist in private practice in NYC, I work with individuals, couples and groups. Treatment focuses on eating disorders, body image disturbances, creative blocks, anxiety, depression, trauma and grief.  Utilizing body-centered work in my practice, healing pathways are opened in order to experience life in new and exciting ways.
