What I love about Nia is that I never stop learning new ways to condition, heal and creatively express through the Joy of Movement!  

I teach Nia at my barefoot movement studio, Studio 208, an hour north of New York City in Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY, and offer weekly Nia classes at other locations in the Hudson Valley.   I also have a home in NYC, where I keep in touch --as a teacher and a student -- with the rich, vibrant and creative NYC Nia community when I'm back in town mid-week!   

Studio 208 is one of the few movement spaces in the mid-Hudson region featuring Nia classes, so whether you live in the region or are just passing through, come dance with us!
