Mary has been facilitating classes and workshops in Halton and beyond for 10 years.  Participants list Joy, feeling good all over and connecting to body & soul as the main reasons they return each week. Mary has used Nia to heal in her own body, and she continually sees the health and fitness benefits in her students.
Mary's mission is to create a space where students can empower and celebrate themselves and each other through movement and self knowledge. 

Mary has trained in Nia 5 stages and is presently taking her Expressive Arts Certificate.
She has studied and performed West African Dance under the direction of Adwoa Badoe. (see afroculture.com)
