My first Nia class with Loretta Milo changed my life forever. As a mother of two small children, a wife, and an owner of a very busy graphic design and marketing firm, I didn't take one minute for myself. I hadn't slowed down in over 5 years. As I layed on the floor at the end of that first class and listened to Loretta's voice I was hooked...amazed that I had more than two speeds: on and off! I raced home and googled Nia...knowing there had to be more to this! I took my Nia white belt two months later and my blue, green and brown belts each year after. So far, I have dropped 25 pounds and it keeps coming off. I love to teach and learn more about my body, mind, emotions and spirit everyday! Let's dance...
