Originally trained as a professional dancer, Meredith Amato is a nationally certified yoga instructor and a certified instructor of the Nia Technique and Nia's 5 Stages of Self-Healing.  The flow of her classes combines her passion for body mechanics and energy flow with a playful relaxed attitude.  She is enthusiastic and welcoming to students of all levels and abilities.
