ABOUT MICHELE KAYE Brown Belt Nia Teacher, M.Sc Nutrition

I first came across Nia in an American Health Magazine in August 2006. After reading the article on Nia I knew that I wanted to teach NIa. I found a class in North London, which I attended weekly for 4 months, until February 2007 when I attended the training in London, the White Belt Intensive, with Ann Christiansen. That was the beginning of my journey as a Nia teacher. June 2010 I travelled to Portland to take my Brown Belt with Debbie and Carlos. That was a peak experience. Nia continues to teach me so much about myself and my body, to enrich my life in so many ways.

My background in Physiology, Nutrition, Healthy Living Coaching, Reiki and EFT combine wonderfully with the elements and principles of Nia.

I have been teaching Nia since April 2007, now with 6 classes a week. I also run Nia workshops at the weekend every few months. I love to share Nia with people. Teaching Nia is an ongoing opportunity for me to contribute to people in a dynamic and wholistic way.
