Hello Niateers,

My name is Michou.  Since i was a little girl,  dancing is a prayer to me.

It brings me in the here and now. It's empowering ,healing,transforming and it gives me self knowledge. Pure Magic.

When i discovered that it was possible to share this energy i literally asked the moon and the stars for a form.

A blueprint ,a way to learn, grow and share. A platform to be who I am and a technique to encourage somebody else to find her/his light within.

And there was Nia. Thank you Debbie and Carlos.

In last year august  I became a Blue Belt.  

I started teaching 1,5 year ago at Studio Myfa in the Netherlands in the Hague.

Later i teached in a culture centre het Koorenhuis and do workshops for company's and healing retreats.

Now i teach once a week in a' live and work' for artists building called De grote Pyr in The Hague.

In oktober i am proud to present Nia on the beautifull wellnesscentre/castle Duinlust in Overveen. www.duinlust.com

With a Flavours of Nia introduction Party co-created  with Wilma Notermans and Rachelle Conradie, Nia will be implanted in the fitness program of the Centre.

First twice a week... and we'll go from there.....:)

Exciting times it is !

Being in contact and working together with Niacolleges is such a pleasure and so supportive.
