Nia Share

4th Sundays 9:00 - 10:30 am

Nia Share is for anyone who has completed at least the White Belt Intensive whether or not you are teaching.  We will explore topics through movement, journaling, and sharing. 

Typical class format:

9:00 - Create the space.

9:10 - Use lesson plans provided by Nia HQ to dive deeper into our Nia practice through movement, reading, journaling and sharing.

9:45 - Journaling and sharing

10:00 - Each participant will teach a song to the group that will be videotaped in order to share with everyone in the Nia Share Charlottesville facebook group.

10:30 - Clear the space.
