Sunday is my favorite class!
Nia is a group movement class that fuses movement from the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts to deliver the promise of integrating mind/body/spirit through sensation. Nia is a multi-dimensional practice of The Body’s Way intended to enhance conditioning of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms of our bodies and to encourage individual and community expressivity through body awareness.
All levels are welcome all the time.
Our fabulous studio is tucked next to Il Fornio on 29th and Ocean park. The studio is used for rehearsals for "Dancing with the Stars" and features a sprung hardwood floor.
Come prepared to have fun, move, learn and sweat!
