Notes About This Class
THE JOY OF MOVEMENT
Move at your won level in this energiying, yet stress-reducing exercise. Students learn body awareness and mindfulness while working out barefoot (or in soft jazz shoes, if you prefer) to different genres of music. The cool-down phase at the end of the session may include some floor exercises: yoga mat is optional.
Nia is the "love your body" workout. Come join me!
