Please not that the class is shortened by :15mins but no less intoxicating or healing. Come and experience loving living in your body with joy and ease.
24 classes @ $5 = $120 for the session or $8 drop in fee.

This class is specific for seniors as we will be doing a modified format and timing. It is fabulous!!
