$8 per class or $30 for a monthly play pass - good for any classes at CORE/El Centro. Sliding scale fee available for those who need it. Your first class is FREE!
Notes About This Class
Restorative Nia. This class is geared toward people recovering from physical trauma such as stroke, heart attack, injuries, joint problems, MS, etc.. All are welcome. Classes are slower and designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, etc. Some teaching my be done from the chair.
