Classic Nia

Class rate varies between $8 and $15, depending on the package you select.

Local Houston residents, who are new to NiaMoves, receive 2 weeks of free classes.

Licensed belt class rate is $12.

Studio NiaMoves is one of the best Nia facilities in the world. Last count we had 33 Nia classes a week. That is likely more Nia classes per week under one roof than anywhere else on the planet! You are invited to enjoy classes at 6am, 8am, 9:15am, 11:30am, 4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:20pm, 7:30pm most days. Check www.NiaMoves.com for a full schedule. We have a strong faculty of 17 Nia teachers, including world reknowned trainer, and black belt, Helen Terry, 5 black belts, 2 blue belts, 9 green belts and 1 white belt.

Studio Nia Moves is in a beautifully remodeled Art Deco style building in the historic Houston Heights neighborhood. Behind the studio, and attached by an open air deck area is a house that contains our reception area, and rooms for massage and reflexology. It is a great space for intimate concerts, trainings, and workshops. An interesting feature of our studio is its lovely wood floor, in which the individual planks were paid for with donations from our community.
