Notes About This Class
This is a Nia for Kids class ages 3-5!
Children will follow a pre-school schedule in learning the basics of human development, the seasons of the western hemisphere and Nia's 13 White Belt Principles.
The class structure is all movement based curriculum for fine motor and gross motor skill development through dancing and tumbling!
