Tap into your body's inner wisdon and knowing as you explore the integrative and self-healing practice of the Nia 5 Stages - 5 moves based on human development. The class masterfully blends your body's way of moving with an anatomy lesson, delivered in movement meditation.
Each lesson develops body knowledge. They range from focusing on different parts of the body like your hip joint, foot and ankle, knee, shoulder joint, and neck to an exploration of Nia Principles like the Joy of Movement and Natural Time.
