Notes About This Class

This is a 2 hour Playshop with a different focus each month. We will be meeting the first Wednesday of every month starting November 7th 2012.

Amy Ross, a talented and rhythmic Blue Belt from Kentucky, will be co-creating these playshops with me.

In November we will be spending the first hour learning the moves from the new Nia routine BIRTH. We will then dance to the DVD led by trainers at Headquarters in Portland Oregon. These teacher/trainers are backed by local students and teachers. It is a very professional and impressive routine.

On December 5th we will be embodying the 52 moves of Nia. These moves will help improve your craft and tecnique. The second hour we will be dancing a routine featuring most of these moves.
