This is a Gentle Nia class. Are you uncertain if you can keep up in a fitness class because of an injury, chronic pain, or long-term inactivity? Then join us for Gentle Nia - a fun, expressive movement form that conditions body, mind and spirit. Done to soul-stirring music, the 52 moves of Nia draw from dance, martial arts and yoga. With guidance from your instructor, Sherry, you’ll learn to adapt the moves to YOUR body’s way AND get a good, safe workout.
