$15.00 per drop-in.You can purchase a card of 5 for $60.00.

Nia Belt holders pay $5.00. Seniors and teachers pay $10.00.

Notes About This Class

This Classic Nia hour will allow you to explore - or re-discover - your inner dancer!  You'll become fit, flexible, relaxed and happier as you find Your Body's Way through traditional and new Nia routines.  Beginners are welcome.  We usually dance barefoot; bring water and a towel or mat.
