Notes About This Class
This class is open to all experience levels and is drop in. Nia is adaptable. There is always a learning curve. We dance barefoot in Nia - talk to the teacher if you feel you want to wear shoes. We start with a focus and set the intention for the class. The class then begins with music. We move for at least 55 minutes...including warm-up, cardio portion,then floor work/strengthening section and cool down. Curious? Join us...It is fun!
