Using breathwork and intention, this is an opportunity to explore meditation in Movement.  Each week we'll explore a new intention. Examples are: Using breath to achieve meditative states, Mudras ~ use of hand positions to balance and align body energies, Sound Healing using crystal bowls and vocal toning, making acquaintance with your Animal Totems, Vision Questing.  All Fun!  All Movement!  All in Love!  All is well!  Love, Marcia
