This is classic style Nia class.  I like to invite students to open themselves up to a new experience...Nia creates space for the mind to let go of habitual attitudes, for the emotions to let go of unwanted feelings and for the body to let go of habitual movement patterns.  Come and dance The Joy of Movement with me!
