4 Nia special master classes in June 28th, July 12th, 19th and 26th with the focus of Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit.
we will journey into the 4 realms of the Nia practice with exercices and lots of fun moments to enjoy deepening the experience of Nia in each of the realm.
Sensations, 52 moves and the free dance stages will guide us through the class.
All are welcome to step into these special Nia events directed by Philippe and Sabine
