Cost

This is a drop-in class and the Rec Center charges the usual drop -in fee of about $6.50 for adults.  There are discounts for seniors and youth.  Punch cards and annual passes may be used.

Notes about this Class

Enjoyment of moving to music is what it's about!  Michelle sets the Nia moves to a wide variety of music -music from all over the world, from contemporay artists to artists from as far back as the 1940's.

Everyone is welcome!  Michelle demonstrates the moves at levels appropriate for super athletes as well as people who are new to exercise.
