Cost

This is a drop-in class.  The Boulder Rec. Center charges the standard drop-in fee of about $6.50, though there are discounts for seniors and youth.  Punch cards and annual passes can be used.

Notes about this Class

Enjoying moving to music is what it's about!  Michelle sets Nia moves to a wide variety of music.  She uses music from all over the world - and uses contemporary music as well as music from as far back as the 1940's.

Everyone is welcome!  Michelle demonstrates the moves at levels appropriate for super athletes as well as for people who are new to exercise.
