This is the time of year to be in awareness, to truly dance through life with ease. In this special moving meditation, we'll tune into body sensation and move in relationship to sound and silence without verbal cues.
Express yourself through the simple, healing body language of Nia. Allow your spirit to soar as we create a circle to ignite our intentions and move our joy, pain, and passion.
