Notes About This Event
Three things you should know about the TM technique.
1. You can do it. TM is a simple, effortless meditation practiced 20 minutes twice a day sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. It’s easy to learn, and there’s no concentration or focusing of the mind. And it works.
2. You will get benefits. Over 360 published scientific research studies document the benefits of the TM technique for relief from stress, better health, increased creativity, and more happiness in life. You can begin enjoying benefits immediately.
3. It’s a preparation for successful activity. We meditate for 20 minutes twice a day to create a clearer mind and release stress, so we can enjoy the other 23 hours and 20 minutes more fully. It just makes life better.
