Come join the party at Nia Detroit's 2nd annual Halloween Jam. We will be moving our bodies to Halloween music...... OOOOOOOOOuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhh! There maybe some scary figures floating around the dance floor...... BOO! Join the fun and give your body a chance to move the way it is supposed to move, from your fingertips to the tips of your toes. Explore new movement forms while releasing stress and tension from your body. Let the music inspire how you move. Anything goes! Also meet some of the Nia instructors in the Metro-Detroit community.
Bring friends, relatives, and kids (big and little!) No experience necessary. EveryBODY is welcome.
