Resetting Your Spiritual GPS - We will be Resetting Your Spiritual GPS by taking you on a journey using simple repetitive Nia® movements to music. Continuing repetitive movements for a period of time allows the mind, body, and emotions to become neutral, creating space for creativity to answer questions and dream dreams.
