The vocabulary of your body is sensation and your sense of self in Nature is how you relate to the sights, sounds, textures and temperatures of all that is outsdie. Stepping in to the Meadow along side the American River near Lotus, California - receive and express your experiences of heightened awareness of your body|mind|emotion|spirit and you see, hear and feel the grass, the sky, the trees and the sound of the river.

We will explore how you sense in your body, how you perceive what you sense and how you share with yourself and others the moments of connecting with your body in Nature.
