Notes About This Event

You will explore the anatomy of your body during this Moving Meditation; moving your body in the way it was designed, to maintain its health and connection to your “higher self”. You will develop a relationship to Nia’s Voices of the Body, The Body’s Way™  and the Five Sensations (Flexibility, Agility, Mobility, Stability and Strength) as you become aware of your body•mind•spirit integration and healing. Nia’s practice of Living Meditation affirms that “Stopping and touching is my Meditation”; you will mindfully sense your body while moving the Base, Core and Upper Extremities of your body while you pay attention to the physical sensations through the seven chakras –  your Base, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Brow and Crown Centers.
