We offer fabulous Nia/Body Ecology retreats, at Soma Ranch, during all Nia trainings.
Enjoy daily Nia classes with Helen Terry, delicious Body Ecology (Gluten free) meals and fun time socializing with participants on the Nia training.
When the trainees are in session enjoy relaxing down time with beautiful surroundings/countryside, massage, far infrared sauna, mineral therapeautic spa.
