Notes About This Event

breadth. depth. significance . capacity . diversity

By blending and balancing a variety of forms of motion — the feminine with the masculine, strict exactness with liquid fluidity, powerful strength with pliant flexibility — the co-creators of Nia Technique discovered that when applied to a developed series of specific movements these selections encourage students to express and explore multitudes of aspects of their physical, emotional and spiritual selves.

This afternoon’s workshop offers a chance to practice the precession of Martial Arts, to play with the eloquence of Dance Arts and to explore making worthy choices from the Healing Arts.
