What do you celebrate in yourself, as a woman? Often we are hesitant to claim and proclaim our gifts. Not today! Stand up and dance for yourself and for all women - especially those facing challenges which restrict them from having a choice to move freely and live into their greatness. Dance with your heart, for heart. Proceeds from today class will go to the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation.
