What do we do when we are unable to quiet our thoughts and our mind dominates consciousness? How do we integrate the movements of mind and body to make way for an emergence of the divine dancer within?
In this playshop we will focus on the use of imagination to nourish our connection to the divine spirit within, through guided freedance and somatic play. This playshop is for everyone who wishes to deepen their Nia practice by learning more resourceful ways to use the imagination for embodying movement.
