Transmissions of Tribal Joy - A StudioNia Holiday Benefit
Siere Monro and Portland-area Nia teachers
Celebrate the holiday season with a soundscape of tribal rhythms and world music infused Nia Jam, followed by a crystal bowl moving meditation, musical performance from Saffire Bouchelion and a reception in the lounge. All proceeds benefit the American Red Cross relief efforts for Hurricane Sandy, as well as the Salvation Army West Women's Shelter. This is a family friendly event!
