Join Nia Trainer, Stephaney Robinson-Abilon for a journey into the Heart of Nia workshop . Take a Mind Body Spirit Nia Journey into self healing and conditioning. Explore movements that can make the body fit and feel better! Through a powerful mix of music, movement, and heart-pounding joy, your body will soak up new sensations while your spirit plays! Using a blend of classic Nia and exploratory exercises Stephaney will guide you into a deeper relationship with movement, opening the gateway to a practice you can do anywhere! This one-of-a-kind ride, punctuated with high peaks of athletics and sensuous valleys of stillness, will allow you to explore the essence of Nia in a new way as you connect with Nia's past, present, and future.
