Il  workshop è diviso in due parti che rispecchiano la natura di Nia: una parte basata sull’espressione personale e l’altra basata sulla forma. Nella prima parte si esplorano le forme di movimento che costituiscono questa tecnica utilizzando il movimento guidato, ma libero. La seconda parte è una lezione vera e propria che si porrà come obiettivo quello di sentire nel corpo la diversa funzione e il diverso tipo di allenamento fisico, mentale, emotivo, spirituale di ogni sua componente.

The workshop is divided in two sessions which reflect the nature of Nia: form and freedom. The first part of the workshop will be based on the free and personal expression and the second on the form in Nia. In the first part we will explore the movement forms on which Nia is based and the second part is a classic Nia class. Focus of the class is to sense how the different movement forms give our body , our mind, our emotion and our spirit a different training , how they blend together and give us a strong and balanced happy body.
