Calling All Nia Belts! On the mat practice and playtime for all belted students and teachers.
This is a gatherting to hone our skills, practice our sharing, dive deeper, ask questions share ideas, plan, vision and address all Nia related topics for discussion.
This is a 4 hour event.
Please bring a snack and water.
We will be dancing, reviewing and diving in!
