The Nia Seattle community will rise up at The Dance Space (Greenwood neighborhood) to dance with loving intention for a vision of a safer world for women and girls across the globe. We will dance our guts, our grace, our glory as we participate in the global event: 1 Billion Rising.
Come dance with us! No Nia experience is necessary. Just bring your dancing feet or dancing hands. You are welcome to dance from chairs or on your feet. This event is FREE and open to all women and girls and the men who love them.
Nia teachers Susan Tate and Jena Hennessey will lead you in the dance.
