Fundraising Nia class as part of Global Nia classes taking place on this day, International Women's Day, worldwide. This class is as suitable for seasoned Nia dancers, as it is for complete novices. Just come along and have fun. All ages and genders welcome.
All proceeds will go to the Mae Sot 'Future Light Orphanage' in Thailand, which is run by Acorn Overseas Charity. Join me in raising money for this very worthwhile cause.
