Envision, embody and co-create your now body and your future. Join physical therapist and Nia Trainer, Rachael R. Resch, for the eighth annual Nia New Year's event, on New Year's eve morning.
Every new year we come together as a community to dance, meditate and delve into a unique, body-based inquiry process to set our personal intent for the new year.
As a community, we create the cards we will draw from for the focus for Nia classes through the year, and collectively choose a focus for 2013.
