On first Fridays of every month, start your weekend off on a fun and festive note the BLUE MONKEY way with a frolicsome, rockin' & rollin', soulfully sweaty dive into loving your body and loving what Nia does for your body and your spirit.
* Don't know what a BLUE MONKEY Nia Night might look like? Well... come find out for yourself! Hints: BLUE MONKEYS bring with them a TGIF attitude, spontaneity, creativity, surprise (perhaps even verging on a little mischief!), and a giggly good time. Join the fun! Grab some fun-loving, Friday-loving friends, and monkey around together!
