Calling all Nia Belts... come play and learn together at these (FREE!!!) Peer Mentoring Playdate Sessions for White Belts and beyond. Dance in community with your peers by joining this regularly scheduled weekly class on first Thursdays of every month. If you'd like to explore something specific, communicate this with Tracy beforehand and it will be woven into the class format. If you are interested in receiving specific feedback, let Tracy know that as well. Come on over to The Pilates + Yoga Studio, write 'White Belt' on the sign-in sheet (even if you're Blue on up), prance on in for free, and we'll have ourselves a playdate! {Out-of-towners, please contact Tracy beforehand.}
