Celerate New World Family with Nia and live music! This 2 hour experience begins with an hour of tender self care with five stages and contemplative movement, strengthening our connection with the friend within. We will then rise in joy of movement with Narayan and Janet playing with us LIVE while Jena leads Nia for our New World Family, This will be uplifting, fun, electric! I hope you can join us!
