Nia White Belt Intensive Training

PLEASE NOTE THIS TRAINING IS OVER 2 WEEKENDS INCLUDE LABOR DAY. - If you have limited vacation days this training may help with ONLY ONE "WORK DAY" (SEPT 10)

The Nia White Belt Intensive Training is the somatic and mindful study of the 13 Nia White Belt Principles. Each day is divided into highly interactive sessions where you will learn, move and practice the Science, Craft and Art of the Nia Body of Work This is accomplished using both cognitive and experiential learning models. This 7-day experience offers leading edge education The Nia Intensive experience empowers everyBody to take their practice and their life to the next level.

This training is at our new Nia educational training facility: "Ranch O Nia". You are invited to enjoy an INCLUSIVE RESIDENTIAL full board OPTION for $400 for the week. You will share a bedroom and receive Healthy, Organic, Yummy Body Ecology Meals provided by Resident Chef (and lovely husband) Joe. The meals are gluten free, vegetarian. We provide meal, egg and fish options. We even have more traditional basic foods in the pantry, the likes of peanut butter jelly sandwiches and mac & cheese are stocked! Limited to 9 places in the house with 6 additional places in the "dorm".

Ranch O Nia is located within 50 minutes of Houston Bush Airport. 15.2 acres of beautiful land, surrounded by 6000 acres of rural fields! Conveniently located near Montgomery, Texas. Enjoy entertainment from our 6 horses, 5 donkeys and 1 dog. You are welcome to pet any of the animals and the Miniature Donkeys will be your "friends for life" when you feed them (provided) Nila wafers! Previous participants have shared deep enjoyment from brushing the Horses - it can be a magical meditative experience. You can go fishing (or swim!) in our 1 acre lake filled with 300+ fish and/or enjoy s'mores around the camp fire by the lake in the evening. Shared accommodation in the ranch style house for 9 (3 Bedrooms: 4-3-2, sharing 3 bathrooms). Additional "dorm style" accommodation for 6 available in the converted barn studio loft, with indoor (3) and outdoor (2) shower facilities. 8 person Mineral Hot Tub and 4 person InfraRed Sauna are available complimentary. Massage ($90), foot detox ($30) and other healing treatments are available by appointment.

You are invited to stay on the Ranch for the weekdays (between the weekend course dates) for an additional $60 a day.

Travel recommendations: Fly in to Houston Bush Airport (IAH). Flight Arrival by 1pm on Friday, Sept 3 and Departure after 4pm Sunday, Sept 12. We arrange a transportation service pick up from the airport at 2pm on Friday and a drop off at 3pm Sunday. Participants split the cost of the van (usually between $30 and $60 per person).  If you arrive at a different time a taxi service is available from the airport at your cost (about $120).

Come a day early option: When possible we provide an extra night accomodation at the Enchanted Nia Castle or RanchONia ($60). Please email helent@nianow.com to confirm this option is available. SuperShuttle from airport to the Enchanted Castle is $20-30.  Coming in a day early provides you with the opportunity to attend Helen's 8am Saturday morning Nia class at Studio NiaMoves ($12).
