I discovered Nia in 1998 and decided to take the journey to become a teacher after just one class. From the first moments, when the music touched my ears and inspired me and the movements awakened my body and energized me, I knew I had found magic and could do Nia forever! As a lifelong student and lover of music and dance I enjoy blending curiosity with my desire to share and invite you to experience Nia and come out and play in the classes I teach in S.E. Wisconsin.
