Philippe and Sabine, www.niamaste.com  are living together in Auroville/India (www.auroville.org), an international spiritual community, based on the ideal of human unity. They are travelling and teaching worldwide, organizing, producing and leading Retreats since many years.

We are teaching and sharing movement forms, design work, commmunication, personal empowerment and inner wealth with the constant challenge to stay creative and up to date with our knowledge and passion.

Together with our students and other teachers we value life as a piece of art that one can mould, transform, create and define, using his body as the first basic tool to perform actions.

Energy is everywhere in every shape of life itself and serves as primordial aspect of our work, whether experienced while dancing, practicing martial arts, riding a horse or using the click of the mouse to design buildings and marketing material.We love movement as a direct perception of life in its curves, lines, spirals, contractions, expansions, explosions or letting go.

The panel of activities we propose are directly connected to our nomadic lifestyle, drawing influences from europe to asia and from north america to hawaii .
Music has become also an essential part of the puzzle, giving us the chance to develop sensitivity, emotional awareness and physical playfulness.
You are welcome to join us in this wonderful world of self creation and recreation, enjoyment and transformation, as a giant leap towards our true selves giving birth to our own life as a master piece.
Teaching in different nia communities takes us to experience the realms of  magic and spirit, binding the Nia dancers into a spiraling travel into oneself... wonderful time where to learn how to live the body's way , a real encounter with now and the magic of life itself!!!
